Wiring

Post by Sean on Tue Jul 06, 2010 9:13 am

I want to add a remote control to my inverter, so that I can turn it off from inside. What is the best way to get a wire from the inverter (next to batteries) to the wardrobe base in the bedroom over the 5th wheel pin.

You just have to pull it. My inverter is also next to the batteries. I installed a wired remote off/on switch inside the entertainment compartment next to the concertone. Can't remember exactly how I did it, and I'm not familiar with the layout of the 30lsbs, but it shouldn't be too hard.

I ran mine up into the wardrobe area right above the batteries/inverter in the bathroom. I'm not sure how accessible the floor under the overhang is to get it to the front wardrobes.
