kyle at Forest River parts depart

Post by Admin on 6/24/2010, 5:22 am

kyle at Forest River parts department had exactly what I needed , Great guy to deal with.

Had to order fenders for my 32qbbs. At 49.95 plus 30 for shipping I went ahead and ordered 2 fenders since the shipping was the same. I'm sure I'll need it down the road.

Nice parts department, but the shipping they charge is a killer. The last item I ordered was the black hanger to hold the slide out wires and it cost just as much to ship it as it did to purchase the item. It weighed less than 2lbs and I think it came to 40 bucks. I know the USPS would have been a heck of alot cheaper. Nice to be able to get OEM parts though.

Kudos to Morryde customer service. I ordered a Morryde Pin Box and after installation took it to Kansas. Was not completely satisfied with the ride. Called customer service and they sent me free of charge a softer rubber insert. Did the trick. Very good service.

I E-mailed Ron Batts about some replacement Decals. He sent it to Kyle. Kyle E-mailed me and we order what I needed.
I did not have any problem with them responding to E-Mails
It is a little hard to get in touch with the Phone.
KUDOs from me cheers

I've bought from Kyle via phone, email and in person. Never had any issues.
