Shower enclosure to wall repair
I finally got the nerve up to take my glass shower enclosure apart to see why it was loose on the one side to the wall. Found the factory screwed the enclosure bracket to the wall only into the paneling and the screws were pulling out!! There was a stud close by but no backing installed inside the wall to screw to. I had two choices, take the wall apart and add a stud or plywood to screw to or just cross my fingers on some wall anchors. I wasn't about to take the wall apart, so I went to Lowes and found these wall anchors that worked great. Now it's solid. I added more screws than the factory had as well. No more holding the enclosure before pulling the door open!

I have looked everywhere for anchors that will work with our thin wall panels. Thanks for showing these to us - I know I can put some of them to work!

Great idea and good job. These anchors look good for hanging stuff also. Thanks!
