Triple Digits ?

Post by gkeager on 5/11/2010, 1:27 am

We usually wait for the triple digits (100+) before departing on our annual "Odyssey" but alas, mother nature has blessed us "Zonies" with a mild spring. None the less, we will be departing on Sunday for the northern and higher areas of the intermountain west. We rendezvous with our Alaskan kin in Reno and stay in the area awaiting my "school reunion" (class of ????) then off to adventure. Mostly NV, ID, UT, WY, CO, SD, NE, NM and home around the time we normally lose the dreaded triple digits (Oct). Will be visiting old friends, making new ones, seeing the sites, boondocking, fishing and whatever else seems likeable mostly on the roads less traveled. Hope to keep you informed with pictures and stories of the more interesting aspects as wifi coverage allows. Who knows, we may cross paths with some of you "Cats" out there on America's byways.

If not, I will as they pass through Utah.

Sounds like a great trip!
Are you able to stay comfortable in your rig temperature wise? It looks like you only have one AC so I was just curious as to how well it performs. Our TT is smaller (25') and the AC struggles to keep it cool at triple digits.
