Camped in our Wildcat for the first time.
It was a cool evening and got cooler as the the wind began to pick up. The Cat was warm and cozy, everything worked. What a nice camper, we don't regret buying it.
The next morning the wind picked up and the temp droped and the snow came. We went into Hibbing MN. for fuel and bait. We checked our cell phone for messages and found out my brother had a heart attack. We decided to pack up and go home, even in the snow and rain. It was fun while it lasted, my brother got out of the hospital on Saturday and is ok so far.
We unhooked the Cat and filled the fuel tank again. We left the refrig on and getting things restocked for our next trip in a couple of weeks. Can't wait and hope there will not be anymore phone calls and the snow will be long gone.
Sorry to bore you just had to write about things.
Also made a list of things we forgot to bring.
Take Care

Glad to hear your brother is ok. Also very glad to here you like your Cat!!!!
With the fridge on and food in it, make sure you check it once a day to make sure it's still running. We leave ours plugged in all the time and the fridge is loaded most of the time (we have been know to just decide to go for a weekend at about an hours notice). We had one occasion when I didn't realize that I forgot to plug it in when we got home. From my CSI work, I have concluded that after about 4 days, the battery gave out and all the food in the fridge and freezer started to spoiled. After about 4 more days I looked through the window and noticed that the fridge light & Microwave were not lit-up. Thought is was odd and went in to investigate, first mistake!!!! I should have put on a radiation suit first. Took alot of "home remedies" to get that smell out.
