Around the USA..

Well, we left Northern California May 2nd, and stayed the night at the Lazy k Campground in Lovelock Nevada. Below are the campgrounds we stayed in up to date. More information and pictures will follow.

Barr Lake RV Park, Brighton Colorado may 6
KOA Gothenburg, Gothenburg, Nebraska May 7
Shelby Country Inn, Shelby Iowa May 8
Hickory Hollow Campground Utica Illinios May 9 and we will be here tomorrow also.
places yet to go to are:

Mongo Indiana
Louisville, kentucky where we will meet up with oldelmer1
Columbia kentucky
Then up to NY, Maine, down the east coast, Florida, then back home via the middle states.
I will add information and pictues later.
One thing i will say is that Hickory Hollow is a very nice campground, one of the top two that we have stayed in so far.

Gotta love Wyoming; Mild humidity in the morning...almost no humidity in the afternoon.

The downside to low humidity...you can't seem to drink enough fluids. You always feel parched.

Here we are in Elko Nevada. Aaaaahh wide open spaces and no humidity.

Here we are at Desert Rose RV Park in Fernley Nevada. All there sites have level concrete pads with lawns. They are Passport America friendly, so our cost here is $17 per night. Very friendly people and well kept grounds makes this a very nice park. I would rate it a 9.
