It has begun!
We finally brought the new Cat home a couple of weeks ago. I just got around to taking a few pics and thought I'd share.
My wife has already started adding her personal touch and making it more like home.
Of course I had to start with a few mods. (Thanks to you guys).
Some of the Wifes decorating:
Kitchen area

Living Room

First Mod on the same day we brought it home:

Had to install the 32" LCD TV

Re: It has begun!
Very nice decorating - it looks very warm, homey, and comfortable.
I have to laugh, though. I decorated, too, somewhat. Then over time the decorations got in the way and we started using the upper areas for storage. About all I do now is put a lamp and "coffee table books" on the converter cabinet, and when the desk is open I put out a battery operated candle and a photo.
The bedroom is decorated in a fun "Casino Tacky" decor.

Looks nice, but be careful with the pottery, it night not be in 1 piece after going down the road.

Looks nice, did you remove the magazine holder from the front of the converter table?

We used to have a wine rack above the microwave. We always took the wine down when we were traveling. It got to be ANOTHER-THING-WE-HAD-TO-REMEMBER-TO-DO. Now we keep the wine in a cardboard wine carrier (6 pack) that can just sit on the floor behind a dining room chair. It's out of the way, and easy to reach.
Double sticky foam tape might keep the pottery in place.

Re: It has begun!
Thanks guys and gals. The wife has several more things in mind.
S&T - Its just me and my wife. I never see us needing the upper areas for storage. In fact, I don't see us ever getting close to using all the existing storage cabinets. I doubt we've ever filled half in our old 5er. 90% of our trips are long weekends with the occassional week long trip scattered about. Neither of us can get away from work for longer than two weeks consecutive.
olelmer1 - We've learned Velcro is your friend when it comes to decorating a camper. It even comes in industrial strength.
moo - Ours never had a magazine rack on the converter table.
AD - My wife enjoys decorating. She has a knack for it and has several other ideas for the Cat.
Thanks again.
