Days RV in Joppa, MD

I am now on my 4th rv from Day's. I have been a customer of thiers now for almost 10 years. In that time I have had the pleasure of dealing with the same sales person and the same service manager. They have always taken excellent care of me and people I have referred to them. I can't count the number of times they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. The most recent issue we had was with numerous problems with the Thetford toilet in the Wildcat. After several times of sending me parts to make repairs, I finally asked for a replacement. Within less than a week the service manager had a replacement toilet shipped to the campground where the trailer was. Not only did they get me a replacement, but a better quality toilet as well with no hassels. Even though I live 2 hours away now, they are still my dealer of choice. The pricing and quality of service I have received over the years has be outstanding!

I have always dealt with Terry. His wife Holly is the service manager.

I'll second you about Roy. This is my third camper I have bought from him. He's always willing to go the extra mile. I still stop in and talk with him just shooting the breeze. And he's always willng to give my two little girls a ride all around the sales lot in the golf cart. They call him uncle Roy now.

I bought mine from Day's too, but I do not remember the saleswoman's name.
When I did take it there a few times for warranty service, they seemed competent.
