A Big Atta Boy!
Wouldnt it be interesting if we could send an email to those Dealers that do it right from all the members of the forum, letting them know we appreciate businesses that have excellent customer care. What business would not want to receive an atta boy email and my guess is that it would be shared with employees.
Just some ramblings

I think that would be an awesome idea... encourage them to work with those of us that love the Cats. There is no better sales advertising than word of mouth and if this forum is the success that it appears to be heading for we could be a big encouragement. Plus it helps us po ole Wildcatters out a little. Win-win situation. :star: :star: :star: :star: :star:

I may not have been clear
I was thinking of an email or letter from the forum, an atta boy from "all" of us.
Dear Dealer:
We are the Forest River Wildcat Camper forum, a group of RVers that share much information via our forum (www.wildcatcamperforum.foromotion.net). Recently one of our members spoke of your business with excellent comments. In today's fast paced world many businesses seem to forget what excellent customer service is all about - such is not the case with your business. A happy customer has repeated their story to hundreds on our forum and you are receiving positive publicity as a direct result of your efforts. To this we all join in saying "Thanks" and keep up the good work.

Re: A Big Atta Boy!
Thats along the idea of what I was thinking. A well drafted document there keithbennett.
If people would take the time to post a website address, email, postal address or at least a phone number when they post the Kudo, it would make it easier to accomplish this.

Yes sir, I had taken to sleeping in the truck with the back window open allowing the a/c to flow through, made possible through a camper link. The biggest decision was who was going inside and who was waiting it out under the awning when it rained. We love the Lance and have kept it, because it truly is the go anywhere RV, but we love having the daughter and grandkids with us even more. Hopefully we will never be able to go back to the Lance because they will always want to go with us. Good thing we love our Wildcat too!
