2010 Roof Valleys
Went to the dealer to purchase either 28rkbs or 29rlbs today. Had looked at the inside and the outside previously, except the roof. When husband got on the roof he saw not only bubbles, but depressions (1/2" wide) and don't know how deep because he didn't want to depress the membrane for fear of punching a hole in it, running across the width of the roof. They were in front and back of the A/C, presumably where the plywood pieces meet (only they didn't meet) and then the membrane was just put on over it. While on the roof of one, he looked over at the other 3 and could see the depression lines in them also. He climbed up on them and they were the same. This was the case w/every Wildcat on this dealers lot, but not so w/Heartland products.
We have a Jayco that is 12 yrs. old and the roof is prefectly flat as was the trailer we owned prior to the Jayco. Can't understand it. The quality seems to be everywhere except the roof, which is a BIG part of the unit and a BIG expense to repair.
Has anyone seen anything like this? Don't know if this is a bad batch or what.

First off Welcome to the group! We're glad you are here.
I have been up on the roof of our 28RKBS and there is nothing like you describe up there. Wonder what's going on?

No problem on the roof of my 2006 29RLBS. Hmmm, another quality problem in Indiana?
