After having great concerns about warrenty issues with my 32QBBS I was reassured by Mr Batts that everything would be repaired and that they have my camper pulled to Indianna for those repairs and returned to Ne at no expense to me I never imagined that it would be in such a timely manner less than 4 weeks it should be here next week its feels just like when i took delivery of the first camper I ordered from the factory I'm so excited Thank You Rod Batts
