Oasis Las Vegas Camping Resort - 09/16 & 09/17/09
And a resort it surely is. Wide paved streets; wide paved, long sites; a mix of red gravel and grass at each site; easy access to the services and a fully stocked CStore. Think of a first class hotel with about 900 concrete pads rather than rooms.Their pool was very nice and the park is walled and gated, with security on the gate 24/7.
Las Vegas was hot, hot, hot so the pool was a welcome amenity.
Only negative was that there was no easy access back to I-15 north or south. Forced to turn right out of the park onto Windmill lane, make a left on the Strip (Las Vegas BLVD) and go up about a mile to the I-215 interchange which also serves I-15.
Other than that, it was a great place to camp. CAMP????? Well, OK maybe camping is kind of stretching it at a resort.

I couldn't agree more ~ THAT PLACE IS IMMACULATE!
We stayed there about 5 years ago and it truly is a "Resort". We especially liked the "comfort stations" that made taking care of our disabled sons bathing needs a pleasure.
