2009 28RKBS as Highland Ridge COE Campground, Spring Valley, WI

We spent the weekend with three grandchildren at this campground. The host couple had a one month old 28RKBS which they profess to love. One of the features was the electric awnings. There have been a lot of storms there in the last month and they said the awning performed well. A tip they shared (which they got from their dealer, Country RV, Chippewa Falls, WI) was to run the awning all the way out and then back in just a bit. Towing with a 1500 Chev. Had a Trailair pin box which he said worked well.

Nice folks, former farmers in the area and the H still works at a recycling firm near Menominee, WI. I gave them a business card from the forum even though they are not online. Maybe a child or grandchild can turn them on to us.
