"Ice Cream" Sandwiches

These are delicious. They should be stored in the freezer, but don't melt like ice cream.
You'll need graham crackers and cool whip.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of cool whip on a graham cracker square. Top it with another graham cracker square. Wrap in waxed paper. Freeze. Eat frozen, or let thaw about 5 minutes, then eat.
