I know, I know.....my friends at work are going to love me tomorrow. 
But I decided to play a little more with the smoked eggs and make a batch of egg salad too.
Egg Salad Mix
6 Pterodactyl eggs
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp of each, pickle, green pepper, celery
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
