Welcome!
My hitch was in the way too. I fab'd up some angles and welded them to the hitch for the upper supports.

I have a 2" receiver. This is the best picture I have at the moment. The vertical edge of the angle is weld to the front of the hitch cross bar. The horizontal tab has the hole for the JT bolt.

Thanks for the picture.Mine looks different then what you got but i might be able to mount them on the hitch.I have the factory hitch
and it looks smaller than yours. The biggest problem is the brackets on the jacks.I have the electric ones.

I fabricated a new cross member for the rear and bolted it to the frame. Look at the first two photos: http://community.webshots.com/album/180262704smXHmj?start=96

Nice job that looks good. The added cross member looks like the way to go because my hitch is to small.

Re: Installing JT Strong Arms
I was going to build a cross member, but the hitch looked like a good spot. They say not to weld to a hitch, but they don't say why. As a structural engineer, I can't see it matters. It's only mild steel. It's not like it's brittle.
