Newbie

Post by Southpaw on 3/30/2009, 2:59 am

Just found the forum while doing a Google search for better battery chargers for my Cat.

Used to post on the Wildcat Online forum a while back under the screenname of Tater - but I noticed y'all already have a Tater here, so thought I'd switch names so I don't add any cornfusion.....

We've had our Cat since it was brand new and have made a few mods to it - primarily switching the couch and dinette so that when someone sleeps on the sofa-sleeper, we can still get by to the door/chairs. Just replaced the converter/charger with the one from BestConverters and changed out the mousehole to a Marinco connector this past weekend.

I work for an electric utility company as a Business Analyst, the wife is an elementary/preschool special ed teacher at a small school district.

We have three "kids" (all growed up now) - two married daughters and a son who is a Seargent in the Marines.

Thanks for all the welcomes - and I'll add y'all to the list of thank-yous the next time I talk to our son.

I had updated my sigline before, but didn't realize I had to actually turn it on to be seen - hopefully it shows up now....

We, too, appreciate your son and all the other people serving our country.

About 4 years ago, our son retired from the Marines after 25 years in service. Two years ago our grandson finished a 6 year enlistment in the Marines. We're proud of both of them, as I know you are of your son.
