We purchased a 2005 Wildcat 245rl and have really enjoyed it. This forum is great! We have picked up many tips and wish to say thanks for sharing so much info. Wife retired last September and I have been retired. We will travel to see the kids in New Mexico and Iowa. We are full timing. The 245 is alittle small for full timing but we are getting along and do not miss the house or any of the stuff that goes along with it.

Hello Ed & Karen and welcome to the forum.

I'm Greenwithenvy that you are full timing, I'd love to do that but DW cant let go yet...

Where do you usually spend most of your time at? I know its not SD, too cold....

Welcome to the forum Ed and Karen.. and the pampered pets. We're not really interested in full-timing, but we like to take extended trips.

We are trying to spend the winters south of Albuquerque as the son lives just south of Albu.
Worked at Bosque del Apache NWR for two months and then spent the rest of this winter at
Kiva Rv Park and Horse Motel as camp hosts.

Same hometown

Post by gkeager on 3/17/2009, 10:26 am

Welcome to the forum. We've toyed with the idea of full-time but live in AZ so we really only have to travel during our "hot" Twisted Evil summers. Noticed your from my wife's hometown. I'll have her send you a message. Maybe you know each other or at least some of the same people. Anyway, WELCOME! Cool
