ceiling fan update

Post by rdsknfn_57 on 2/24/2009, 3:33 pm

First topic message reminder :

Had a new switch delivered today and installed it in my 2006 wildcat 28RK for the fan switch that had melted, It works, but the new switch feels very very warm to the touch, pretty sure thats why the other one melted but no idea why it's getting hot, going to call the factory tommorrow to see if they have had any complaints about the switch. Any idea's welcome

Actually, the shim was made from two pieces of 2x6 shaped, glued, finished and painted.

Very nice. Never noticed my fan ran at an angle until I saw these posts. Very interesting. FR strikes again. Just like the front wall of my trailer. One size screw fits all even if they are to short. Next repair. Just one FR great idea after another.
