Is everyone able to delete a pic from Gallery ?

Can everybody delete a pic from their gallery ? I've got it set so that anyone can moderate their own gallery for deleting/ or editing their pic's....

Let me know if your not able to... I'll try and fix it.

But within the gallery , when you open up a pic, you'll see a little drop down box above the pic.

when you click on the drop down button you should see a section for moderate, with
Edit / Delete / let me know if this feature is not turned on.
