Woman thrown out in the street, house red tagged.

Post by Maxtor on 1/11/2009, 5:39 am

This woman could not pay her electric bill, so the city red tagged her home and she was thrown out into the street.

a cheap box a candles and a 2oo dollar generator from the pawn shop and she'd have all the power she needed....

A fishing pole and a small garden trowel to dig up worms and she could feed herself and the homeless.......
A few seeds from the farmers market she was at and she could turn her back yard into a garden .......

Big Corps lock your brain in a box so you can't think for yourself anymore......

If I ever became homeless ,,,, I think I could survive easily....
Its the people that run the government that won't let you survive.

Goodwill ,,,, plenty of clothes,,, I've even seen nice Tents there.
Woods /Lake / River ,,,, Plenty to eat,,,, All you can eat buffet.
Transport,,,, a Free bicycle will take you whereever you want to go.
What else do you need ?

Every time I get my new Electric bill and see where they added a new fee for an extra 30 bucks ,,,,

I want to unplug so bad I can't stand it..... When will the big solar panels ever go down in price ?

Our local government will not allow you to use candles. They say it is to dangerous. I wonder what our great great grandfathers would say about that since they all did not have electricity and all used candles or lamps, and somehow survived. affraid

.

You gotta be kidding me ? So in other words you can't disconnect from the grid either ? To go total solar power ?

I can't believe a law suit hasn't been thrown in for the candle deal......
I'm trying to grasp what exactly is going on in your town....

If a House is not connected to the power pole / utilities its against the Law ? You can't just disconnect because you want to .......... ? ??? Even if you have a generator that would run the whole house ?
scratch

Nope... You can go all solar, but can not use a generator, candles, etc. in the city limits. Here the lunatics are running the asylum. If you are not connected to the city utilities, your house will be red tagged and you will be removed from your home. Of course three of the five supervisors are from the city. You would not believe all the new proposed laws that the liberal wackos are coming out with. You know how some people purchase sea crates for storage..... Well it is illegal to have one on your property in the County or city. One of the supervisors did not like the color of a neighbors sea crate, so, now there is a ban of them in our county and city. It is much worse as you go down south of Sacramento. As I said, California is going down fast.

People can't even burn candles for Christmas? How about candles on a birthday cake? I bet a LOT of people are breaking the law.

BTW, we have quit burning candles. We use electric candles (tea lights and tapers). I'm going to get some electric pillars, too. The electric candles we used over the holidays will keep the battery manufacturers in business. Some of the tapers have timers - they go on at the same time every day and stay lit about 6 hours. Nice.

Maxtor,,, I just read this article I found on redding.

That is just unreal........... I bet if you ripped the roof off that office you'd fine some serious crooks running that show.....

I saw where they were gonna have a rally or something on Feb 3 in this article...... I'll bet the streets will be full ...........
I'd sure be there if I lived there....
Somebody needs to do some snooping on the people running that office.......
Now I see why your thinking of jumping ship.......
I could picture this turning out like a scene in Guatamala where the whole village turns out and drags a few people outside and beats the crap out of them.....

Maxtor,

Kalifornians are slowly loosing all of their rights! This is pure BS. The bad part is Kalifornia seems to lead the country in this liberal crap, so I assume we will see this type of Big Brother govt spread to other states. God help us!!!
