Soon to be a WC owner
Hello everybody,
We just found this great new forum. We are currently looking at a couple of WC 5er's and are looking forward to joining the WC family. We are currently in a Jayco T.T. and what we have seen the WC is a very nice unit and we can not wait to get into one.
We live in the St. Louis area and camp all over the state of Missouri. We are out camping about every other weekend, my boys and I enjoy trout fishing. Wife loves to fish because she says she gets a lot of peice alone in the camper....LOL

You want be disappointed with a wildcat....
Just don't freak out when something goes wrong......
The forum can help you fix it or figure out what you need to do.
I'm sure your well seasoned with your TT....
As stated above,,,, do check out RVwholesalers..... you can't hardly beat their price. Sometimes you can get a local dealer to get pretty close though.
Frank L ,,,, hook up to the cat and come south so you can spend the night in the cat.................... anywhere from South Ga down has mild weather ..... lately its been in the 60's in Middle Ga where I'm at....

to the forum. We're glad you're here. What models are you looking at? Wildcat has some great floorplans and features. After a while, you might want to make some changes. Read through the DIY Improvements topic for some great ideas. And be sure to share any that you come up with (or modify).

Re: Soon to be a WC owner
We are looking at a couple of different floor plans..
- 29RLBS
- 28RKSB
We feel that you get alot of value in the WC units.

We have an '06 29RLBS which we love. It is almost perfect for two people IMO. Are you planning on a different TV also?

Re: Soon to be a WC owner
We love our 29rlbs, we wouldn't give up our bedroom slide for anything. The downstairs of the 28rksb looks like it would be more family friendly than the 29rlbs, and the bathroom would give more privacy. Is there a reason you aren't considering the 28rkbs? You'd have the convenience of having the kitchen separate from the living room, and you'd also have the benefit of a lot of storage space upstairs. My only concern would be that you might not be able to get to the refrigerator while you're traveling if you get the 28rksb (or 28rkbs). We almost always stop and have lunch in rest areas. With our 29rlbs, we can easily get around with the slides in. We've seen 5th wheels in rest areas with their slides about halfway out, I'm assuming that's so they can get to the bathroom or refrigerator.
