if you need help with this Concertone

Post by XLFAB on Fri Aug 08, 2008 4:24 am

I am all new to the forum
Me and my husband called our dealer for the past 12 months to get our stereo and TV fixed and our dealer kept giving us the run around or would not fix it or replace it. and then we called forest river electronics and they gave us the run around as well we called another dealer North Texas RV and they told us to call Graham at Palamino RV because he was the only that could help them out with their issues, and they are a DEALER! so we got in touch with Graham with palamino rv and told him what is going on with our stereo, tv and our unit and Graham gave us tests to do on our tv radio, we found out that our unit was bad and it was out of warranty but Graham told us that he was going to send us a new TV and DVD player because of all the problems that we have had. when we received the new DVD player and TV we took it to a local dealer and had it installed who still could not have it set up so we have to call up Graham again and he told the tech installing it how to do it because our center speaker would not work on any DVDs. the tech told Graham "this is how your stereos are" and said no they are not and showed them how to do it. and after Graham told the tech how to do it everything works perfect now. we are so happy with our unit now thanks to Graham and because he is so hard to find we are giving you the golden phone number this guy is the best. trust me on this
the phone number is 1-269-432-3271
God is looking after Graham, God Bless him, he is a life saver Laughing

XLFAB,

First let me welcome you and your husband to the site. That is great information and thank you.

What dealer where you working with originally? I purchased my Cat from Longhorn RV in McKinney, TX, but they sold out to McClain and they are not very helpful. I did have some work done to my Cat at North Texas RV and was very pleased with their work.

One thing you can do to help us out is fill out your signature and let us know what type of Cat you have!

Again, welcome!
-Mark
