Due to relocating and trying to buy a house, we are selling our '06 31 QBH. The trailer is in excellent condition. In addition to the facroty options, we have added 2 solar panels with dual deep cycle batteries, vent covers on all vents, a digital programmable thermostat, king pin satbalizer, screen room. I will also include the 18K Hidden Hitch. I will also make a deal on a '05 Ford F-250 XLT V-10 4X4 extended cab 29K miles. The trailer and truck are located in Boerne, TX.
