Badlands/White River, SD KOA

Post by DXprowler on Wed May 28, 2008 2:15 am

Another typical KOA with it's usual ammenities. Very nice park located near Interior, SD just south of the Badlands Nat'l Park. Quiet and run by a nice couple who live there year round and their friends who work kamp. Wall Drugs is a short scenic drive threw the park. A beautiful place to be! Would stay there again if I had another chance! Very strong WiFi signal.

Hi Bill,

We were there 2 years ago, and I agree, nice park.

The only thing I thought odd was, you had 15 minutes to get through the National park, or else they charged you for a day at the National Badlands Park. But then, we bought the 1 year NPS pass anyway.
