Mexican Smores

Post by TC on 6/30/2009, 11:03 pm

Copied this from another camping forum. We're going to give them a try first chance we get!

Mexican Smores

Soft tortilla shells
Mini marshmallow’s
Mini chocolate chips
Peanut butter

Take your soft tortilla shells (large or small), put peanut butter on them, then sprinkle some chocolate chips & mini marshmallow’s. Roll them up, wrap in tinfoil then put on or near the fire to melt everything.

Sounds good. I've seen lots of variations of the s'mores recipe, but never anything with tortilla shells.
